So much appreciation not just for the product, but how the owner accommodated me with a rush job in getting my boxes delivered ASAP to NSW by taking a call from myself on the weekend no less to arrange it.
I researched for equivalent products and there is nothing quite like it, other than shelling out on exorbitantly priced old record flight cases. Even my removalist was stoked to hear about this company, as they struggle with the moving of people's vinyl collections safely.
The box lid arrived chipped and cracked, I contacted the company with pictures of the damage and heard nothing back from them. Product seems otherwise sturdy but the lack of customer service has left a bad taste in my mouth.
Ordered without fuss. Quick postage and delivery. Highly recommended. Great boxes. Sturdy and durable. Holds my records easily.
