Returns & Refunds

You may return items to us for any of the following reasons:

  • You change your mind about any purchase;
  • Any item was defective and/or not as described;
  • You received the wrong item(s).

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to return any items for any reason.  Items must be returned within 7 days from delivery date.

We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.

We will make any necessary refunds (in the same form as the original purchase or to the same account or credit card used to make the original purchase) only after you have returned the appropriate items to us in original condition. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during their return to us, so you may want to consider sending them via an insured service.

Whilst there is no administrative charge or penalty for returning items to us, please note that we will not cover the cost of returning the items unless they were defective or you received the wrong items.

The Australian Consumer Law ("Law") which forms part of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) implies into consumer contracts certain statutory conditions and warranties which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. These are in addition to any voluntary warranties offered by the manufacturer or supplier. Where there is a breach of such a warranty relating to goods or services, and the breach is in terms of the Australian Consumer Law, a "major" failure, then the remedy will be limited to a refund or a replacement, at your election. In all other cases, a breach of such warranty will give rise to a refund or replacement at our election.
