Refund policy

The following refund policy applies to The trustee for Crash Holdings Family Trust (ABN 52 494 377 084) trading as Munk Pty Ltd, official distributor of Really Useful Boxes in Australia.

You may return items to us for any of the following reasons:

  • You change your mind about any purchase;
  • Any item was defective and/or not as described;
  • You received the wrong item(s).

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to return any items for any reason.  For faulty items, we offer either a replacement item or a full refund within 7 days of purchase to the original payment method.

We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.

Please note that after an order has been shipped you will not be refunded any shipping fees.

Amending or cancelling an order

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any amendments to orders once they have been placed.

  • Cancelling an order before it is shipped
    If you decide you need to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.

There is no charge or penalty for cancelling your order prior to despatch.

  • Cancelling an order after it is shipped
    If you decide you need to cancel your order after it has been shipped, you must contact us within 7 working days following the delivery of the order.  We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.

We will make any necessary credit card refunds only after you have returned the items to us in original condition. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during their return to us, so you may want to consider sending them via an insured service.

Whilst there is no administrative charge or penalty for cancelling your order after despatch, please note that we will not cover the cost of returning items to us unless they were defective or you received the wrong items (see Returns & Refunds).

You will need to incur any shipping costs for returning products (where you change your mind about the purchase).
