We placed an order for five boxes but only received two. The remaining three were returned due to a change of mind, and we’re currently in the process of receiving a refund for those. Throughout the experience, the email communication with the company has been prompt and professional, which we really appreciated. Although things didn’t work out exactly as planned this time, we’re hopeful to make a future purchase.
